2011-2012 Bowl Series Challenge

The Bowl Series Challenge is set to run for its sixth season beginning Saturday December 17th at 1 PM CT. After that date, new contestants may submit and edit their bowl predictions until Tuesday December 20th at 7 PM CT. The winner will receive $100, 20,000 CFBPoints and a BSC Champion virtual trophy in addition to a permanant top billing on the Winners Wall.  ENTER NOW!

The three week college football post-season contest gets started next Saturday, December 17th at 1 PM CT with the New Mexico Bowl featuring Temple vs Wyoming. The contests concludes with (2)Alabama vs (1)LSU in the BCS National Championship on January 9th, 2012.

Contestants will predict all 35 bowl games and rate their picks with confidence points. The contestant with the best record followed by the most confidence points will win this season's BSC title, $100, 20,000 CFBPoints, a BSC Champion virtual trophy for their trophy case and a permanent placement at the top of the College Football Winners Wall. The cost to enter is 250 CFBPoints.

Beginning this year, the top two contestants on the new BSC Standings have the opportunity to win an additional $50 if either one finishes in the top ten of the Bowl Series Challenge. These two players, JohnnyBeGood08 and scoochnew, represent the two best all-around college football predictors during the regular season. The standings take into account the average ranking of all seven weekly contests during the past season. The BSC Standings were released for the first time earlier this season.

Last year, devescovi won the Bowl Series Challenge with a 25-10 record. Previous winners also include tsuba1985, jgarc22, kenny41, tmack62. jgarc22 set both contest records in 2007. They are a best record of 27-5 and most points of 450.90.
